RETURNS POLICY

Thank you to all our Divas for shopping with us! Should you not be happy with your purchase, we happily offer a full store credit within 10 days from the date your order was received. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue and may be used on any purchases with the exception of any Gift Vouchers. We will provide a full credit within 5-10 days of receiving your item, as long as the returned item is in resell-able condition, including its full packaging and is not listed in our exclusions, as listed below, or you can alternatively return items for credit or exchange in our store with a copy of your receipt .

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR CREDIT

1.Please fill in our returns form in your order

2. Re-send your item(s) in the original courier packaging. If you do not have the original packing, re-package using a suitable alternative.Enclose the returns form, filled out and  your original order number and send to......

3. Once we have received your returned items we will assess eligibility for a credit based on our refund policy. See below for exclusions, if eligible, your credit (or refund for faulty items) will be processed within 5-10 working days.

4. If ineligible, we will advise you and then courier your purchase back to you. Please note, we reserve the right to charge the return courier fee.

5. An email  will be emailed confirming your return/credit of goods as soon as the return is found eligible.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

La Diva is unable to accept the following items for return:

* Any item(s) purchased on SALE

* Any item of clothing or footwear that has been worn

* Any item of clothing that has had its tags removed

* Any order ordered for customer outside of our normal range

* Pierced jewellery

* Any Gift Card or Voucher

La Diva reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product and can reasonably assess that the fault is a result of.....

* Damaged caused bu neglect or misuse ( For example treatment inconsistent with the product care instructions or Wash Guide) or

*Usual wear and tear following use of the product

 

WHAT ABOUT IF MY ITEMS IM RETURNING WERE PAID USING AFTERPAY?

You just keep paying as normal. Send the item back and you will receive a credit which can be used to purchase something else or a refund if item is faulty

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS/GOODS

Sometimes unforeseen faults can happen, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We encourage you to email LaDiva@xtra.co.nz with your order number, and a contact phone number so we can arrange to have a replacement item sent or refunded into your bank account.In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us or the return of a replacement back to you
