#Q. I have a sizing question, how do i ask it?

Our shop staff are selling our brands and styles day in and out so we are pretty good at knowing sizing, just ask. Send us a message through our Facebook page or email us at ladiva@xtra.co.nz .

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed as soon as possible using Aramex and we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email stating your order is on its way and be given a tracking number.

Q. Can items be refunded when purchased online?

Yes, if it's within 10 days of purchase, and the items have original tags attached. Please email us and send the item back to us. When it arrives, we will process your refund.

Q.I have purchased on online Gift card. What happens now?

Once you have purchased the online gift card, you will be emailed your gift card code. Please note you can only use our online gift cards online and not instore.
